Returns & Refunds
We offer a 15 day return policy from the purchase date for U.S. domestic purchases. Please send us a message via the Contact Us link for complete instructions.
Items must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns require the items to be in their original condition and with their original packaging in order to be accepted. We will not accept returns that do not fulfill these criteria.
Please note that worn items such as ties, bow ties, shoes, and shirts as well as custom, special order, and jewelry type items are not returnable items. Jewelry type items can only be exchanged for another item(s). Shirts can only be exchanged for another shirt size or style, when available.
Upon receiving and reviewing the condition of the returned items, we will refund to you the cost of the items (which does not include the shipping fee) if the items are in acceptable condition.
Please note that returns totaling greater than or equal to 100USD are subject to a 20% handling fee.
If you are deciding whether to place a large order such as for a wedding, we would suggest that you consider first placing a small order to ensure that the items fit your needs before purchasing in bulk.
As a general policy, international sales are treated as final sales.
We reserve the right to reasonably refuse any return request.
